कै कृष्णामामा महाजन हे रत्नागिरी जिल्ह्यातील एक धगधगते व्यक्तिमत्त्व होते. आपल्या सामाजिक कार्यातून त्यांनी एक आदर्श निर्माण केला आहे.कै कृष्णामामांच्या निधनानंतर त्यांचे विद्यार्थी आणि हितचिंतक यांनी 2001 साली कै कृष्णामामा महाजन स्मृतिप्रतिष्ठान ची स्थापना केली. कै मामांच्या स्मृति जागृत ठेवून त्यांच्या समाजकार्यचा वारसा जपावा हाच प्रतिष्ठानचा उद्देश आहे .
